CoC Central: A database of universally conserved residues in protein folds

 

 

CoC Central is a searchable database of residue conservation data covering the universe of known protein structures. Knowledge of universally conserved positions in protein folds may aid in identifying positions of kinetic or thermodynamic importance in protein folding, as well as those with a functional role.
